Clutch (PTO) Warranty On Morbark Industries Products Powered By Caterpillar Engines{7758}

Usage:

Morbark Industries manufactures woodchippers powered by Caterpillar engines. Effective January 1, 1992, the Caterpillar engines delivered to Morbark Industries will NOT be equipped with Caterpillar clutches (PTO's). Morbark Industries will be supplying the clutches.

Therefore, use the following guidelines on clutch warranty calls from Morbark Industries customers.

* First, determine if the clutch has a Caterpillar name plate.

* If yes, handle as normal Caterpillar warranty.

* If no, a purchase order must be procured from Morbark Industries or a Morbark Service Dealer PRIOR to any service work.
