New Auxiliary Sea Water Pump Group Available{1371}

Usage:


3412 ( 60M ) Marine Engines Equipped With Attachment 7C8382 Auxiliary Pump Group Used With Reintjes Marine Gears

Description of Change: A new auxiliary sea water pump group is used. The new pump group is lubricated by grease, while the former pump group was lubricated by engine oil.

Adaptable To: The new 6I1898 Auxiliary Pump Group is a direct replacement for the former 7C3613 Auxiliary Pump Group in the 7C8382 Auxiliary Pump Group. When replacing the former 7C3613 Auxiliary Pump Group with the new 6I1898 Auxiliary Pump Group, The 3N8435 Lubrication Tube Assembly and the 5K9243 Elbows where each end of the tube was connected must be removed. Install one 5M6214 Plug on the mounting pump adapter and one in the cylinder block where the 5K9243 Elbows were remove.

The new 6I1898 Auxiliary Pump Group should be lubricated every 2800 hours of operation. Use a grease gun to pump four strokes (approximately 1 ounce) of Lithium base grease to each grease fitting.
