New Throttle Actuator In Governor Groups Improves Engine Stability{1289}

Description of Change: A new throttle actuator is used to improve engine stability and governing. An external oil line provides oil to the actuator and keeps the actuator full of oil while the engine is running.
Location of external oil line in new throttle actuator assembly.
Adaptable To: The new 6I2160 Actuator Assembly is a direct replacement for the former 7E8556 Actuator Assembly. The former actuator assembly is canceled. The new actuator assembly is in effect with 3408 Spark-Ignited Generator Set Engine 6NB903, and 3412 Spark-Ignited Generator Set Engines 7DB709 and 3NK68. The new actuator assembly is adaptable to all earlier engines using an EG3P actuator.
