All Machines Equipped With 6P3236 Fan Switch
Description of Change: The detent action within 6P3236 Fan Switch has been improved. Switches with date code 401 (fortieth week of 1991) and later are improved.
Weak detent action on earlier switches could cause poor electrical connection; resulting in overheated contacts. This could cause an open circuit and require the replacement of the switch.
Adaptable To: The part number of the switch has not changed. The improved 6P3236 is a direct replacement for the former switch.
