Description of Change: A new steel tube assembly replaces the former hose assembly in the exhaust bypass group attachment. The new tube assembly will provide increased service life. A new connector, elbow and clip are required to install the new tube assembly.
Location of new components in 7W9998 Exhaust Bypass Group. (1) 7L7262 Elbow. (2) 4B0418 Clip. (3) 4P8962 Tube Assembly. (4) 619463 Connector.
Adaptable To: The new and former components are identified in the chart and illustration. The new components, when used together, are direct replacements for the former components.
