Clean Emissions Module - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Remove hood.
- Turn the disconnect switch to the OFF position.
- Remove bolts (1) and tube assembly (2) .

- Remove clamp (4) and pipe assembly (3) .

- Loosen exhaust clamp (5) .

- Remove line assemblies (6) and (7) .

- Remove cable assemblies (8) and (9). Loosen clamp (10) and repositon tube assembly (11) .

- Disconnect harness assembly (12) .

- Attach a suitable lifting device to Clean Emission Module (13). The weight of Clean Emission Module (13) is approximately 130 kg (287 lb).
