滚热的油或液压油的压力会对人员造成伤害。 发动机停机之后，液压油的压力仍会保留在液压系统里。 对液压系统进行维修之前，如果不事先释放压力，可能会造成严重伤害。 卸下液压系统的部件或管路时，确保所有的作业机具都已降到地面上，而且液压油温度已冷。 只能在发动机停机，并且加注口盖冷却到可以用徒手触摸时才能卸下加注口盖。 |

在检验、保养、测试、调整及维修机器时，务必小心，确保用容器盛接流出的油液。 在打开任何舱室或解体任何储有液体的部件之前，要准备好合适的容器收集液体。 有关可提供予卡特彼勒机器的工具及适合于盛装油液的容器，请参阅专门出版物, NENG2500, "卡特彼勒工具及车间用品指南"。 根据当地法规处置所有液体。 |
注: 为便于安装，在所有管路、软管、导线和管子上做出识别标记。 插接好所有线路、软管和管路。
- 提升料斗，然后将行驶锁置于锁定位置。
- 从液压油箱将机油排入适当的容器以便保存或处理。 有关正确的步骤，请参阅操作和保养手册。
- 将软管组件 (2) 从控制阀 (1) 上断开。
