Air Control Valve - Remove and Install - ARD Combustion, Clean Emissions Module
- Loosen clamp assemblies (2) and disconnect hose assembly (1).
- Disconnect tube assembly (3) and disconnect hose assembly (4).

- Remove bolts (5) and remove air control valve (6).

Illustration 3 g02323873 Typical Example - Remove bolts (12). Separate housings (11) and (8) from the air control valve actuator (9). Remove both seals (10) from the housings.

- Install the air control valve in the reverse order.
