An improved AC-C2 connector that is used in the BHL-SS is now available. The AC-C2 connector plugs into the rocker switch that is used for the three-speed blower fan motor.
Damage to the rocker switch or to the E529-AC21-yellow-14 wire can occur from heat due to loose connector pins. The wire links pin 3 to pin 5 on the rocker switch.
Replace the rocker switch if the switch has failed. The part number is 214-4695 Rocker Switch.

Replace the wiring if there are signs of damage due to heat. The E529-AC21-yellow-14 wire must be replaced with the same type of 14 gauge wire.
Determine if there are any loose connector pins. Replace the loose connector pins. The part number for the connector pin is 104-1995 Blade Terminal .
Note: The 104-1995 Blade Terminal is located in the repair kit for the harness.
