Before Starting the Heater
Perform the following procedures upon completion of installation of the machine preheater:

- Check all fuel lines, electrical connections, and coolant hoses.
- Refill the engine coolant.
- Purge the air from the coolant system by loosening the purge screw of top of the heater.
- Start the engine. Loosen the radiator cap in order to purge the air from the coolant system.
- Check the coolant level.
- Check for debris near the preheater and the exhaust system
