Description of Change: The wiring for the can bus is reversed on the console harness assembly. Reverse the wiring for the can bus in the Product Link connector of the console harness assembly.

Adaptable To: The new wiring for the can bus replaces the existing wiring for the can bus.

The new wiring for the can bus is effective with the following Asphalt Pavers:

• AP-1000D (S/N: EAD292,295,302,304,306-312,314,316)

• AP-1055D (S/N: FAC651,654-655,671,679,682-684,687-689,693; A6P123)

• BG-2455D (S/N: BNW145; BXW103)

• BG-260D (S/N: BPW131)

The new wiring for the can bus is adaptable to the following Asphalt Pavers:

• AP-1000D (S/N: EAD261-291,293-294,296-301,303,305,313,315)

• AP-1055D (S/N: FAC585-650,652-653,656-670,672-678,680-681,685-686,690-692; A6P122)

• BG-2455D (S/N: BNW131-144)

• BG-260D (S/N: BPW127-130)

Procedure to Rework the Wiring for the Can Bus

1. Shut off the engine and place the battery disconnect switch in the OFF position.

2. Open the front panel in the center console.

3. Locate Product Link connector (1) on the 319-9421 Panel Harness As .

4. Remove the retaining bolt for the Product Link connector in order to access the machine side of the connection and the wires.

   Note: The machine side of the connector does not have a wrap for the harness assembly. The Product Link side of the connector has a yellow wrap for the harness assembly.

5. Use 151-6320 Wire Removal Tool to remove F711-GN wire (2) from pin location "8" (5) .

6. Use 151-6320 Wire Removal Tool to remove F712-GR wire (3) from pin location "7" (4) .

7. Install F711-GN wire (2) in pin location "7" (4) .

8. Install F712-GR wire (3) in pin location "8" (5) .

9. Replace the Product Link connector and the retaining bolt.

10. Close the front panel.

11. Place the battery disconnect switch in the ON position.
