Version 92 Software is Now Available for Reclaimer Mixers {7620}

Reclaimer Mixer:
RM-300 (S/N: BWR393-UP)
RM-500 (S/N: ASW235-UP)

Version 92 software is now available for Reclaimer Mixers. The Version 92 software includes updates for the following systems.

The Version 92 software allows the water spray system to accept a new 76 mm (3 inch) flow meter.

The Version 92 software changed the defaults for the following water systems:

  • The K-factor default to "55.1".

  • The "MinFlow" to 80 L/min (21 US gpm)

  • The Manual Setpoint to 160 L/min (42 US gpm)

  • The Maximum Flow Value to 2200 L/min (581 US gpm)

  • The Fault Detection Time (Flow Sensor) to 10 seconds

  • The Priming Duration to 6 seconds

  • The Priming Flow Value to 400 L/min (105.6 US gpm)

Note: The Version 92 software is not adaptable to RM-300 (S/N: BWR1-392) or RM-500 (S/N: ASW1-234).

The software and instructions are located in "Downloads" section (1) of SIS/WEB. Refer to "RM300/500 machine application Software, rmversion92.zip Machine application and installation instruction files".

The new version of "WEB/GPI" is also located in the "Downloads" area of SIS.

Note: Do not attempt to download this software if any of the following conditions apply. You are not familiar with downloading software files with "WEB/GPI". You do not have the current software for the machine on your laptop computer. You do not have a 245-4121 Communication Cable.
