Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
Note: Inspect the O-ring seals. If necessary, replace the O-ring seals.
Note: Lubricate the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
- Install spring (6), spring (5), spool (4), and plug (3). Tighten plug (3) to a torque of
85 ± 10 N·m (63 ± 7 lb ft) .Show/hide table

- Install the rear axle oil filter. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Oil Filter and Base (Rear Axle Lubrication) - Install".
