Installation Procedure

Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.
- Apply Tooling (A) to the inside surface of the muffler mount.

- Attach a suitable lifting device to exhaust purifier and muffler (7) .

- Install exhaust purifier and muffler (7) in position.
- Install gasket (6) .
- Install tube assembly (4) and three bolts (5) .

- Install clamp (3) in the position recorded in the removal procedure. Tighten clamp (3) .

- Install cover (2) .

End By: Remove the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Remove and Install".
