注: 必须同时更换曲轴前密封和承磨衬套。 一旦曲轴前密封与承磨衬套分开，不得再次使用这些部件。
- 在安装曲轴前密封和承磨衬套之前，请检查曲轴有无划痕。 此外，请检查曲轴表面是否有无可能引起失圆状况的变形。 使用抛光布以清除曲轴上的瑕疵。
注: 在安装曲轴前密封和承磨衬套的过程中，请勿使用任何类型的润滑剂。
- 清洁曲轴外径。
- 使用工具 (E) 将工具 (D) 固定到曲轴上.

- 将承磨衬套 (2) 和曲轴前密封 (1) 安置在工具 (D) 上。 将工具 (G) 安装在工具 (D) 上。 润滑工具 (F) 上的垫圈表面。 将工具 (F) 安装在工具 (D) 上。
注: 把曲轴前密封安装到发动机中，并使指示曲轴转动方向的箭头指向发动机前方。
- 拧紧工具 (F) 直到工具 (G) 接触到工具 (D) 。
- 将工具 (F) 和工具 (G) 从工具 (D) 上拆下。
- 将工具 (E) 和工具 (D) 从曲轴上拆下。
