Center Console (1) Generator control switch |
Generator control switch (1) is located on the center console.
Generator control switch (1) is a two-position toggle switch. The top position of this switch is the ON position. The bottom position of this switch is the OFF position. When the generator control switch is in the ON position, power from the machine electrical system is sent to a solenoid that controls the flow of oil to the generator motor.

Front of Center Console (2) Generator circuit breaker |
Generator circuit breaker (2) is located on the circuit breaker panel. This panel is located on the front of the center console. Decals on the panel identify the function of each circuit breaker.
Generator circuit breaker (2) receives power when the main power relay is energized. The generator circuit breaker transfers power to contact "2" of the generator control switch.

The generator circuit breaker panel is located on top of the generator set under a hinged access panel. The panel contains the following circuit breakers:
- Main circuit breaker (3)
- Circuit breaker (4) for the heating element on the left screed extension
- Circuit breaker (5) for the heating element on the left main screed plate.
- Circuit breaker (7) for the heating element on the right screed extension
- Circuit breaker (6) for the heating element on the right main screed plate
Main circuit breaker (3) protects the entire auxiliary electrical system.
The following circuit breakers are ground fault protected devices:
- Circuit breaker (4)
- Circuit breaker (5)
- Circuit breaker (6)
- Circuit breaker (7)
These circuit breakers are used when the machine is equipped with an electric screed heater.

The auxiliary power panel is located to the right of center console. This panel is equipped with the following:
- Two 120 volt 20 amp outlets (8)
- Two 240 volt 20 amp outlets (9)
These outlets are ground fault protected.
The panel is equipped with single circuit breaker (10) and (11) for each of the "120-volt" outlets (8). The panel is also equipped with single circuit breaker (12) and (13) for each "240-volt " outlet (9). The circuit breakers are three-position switches. The top position is the ON position. The bottom position is the OFF position. The center position is the TRIPPED position. When a circuit breaker has been tripped, the circuit breaker switch must be moved to the OFF position and then returned to the ON position in order to reset the breaker.
