- 使用 8T-0455 缸套凸出量工具总成 检查进气门和排气门低于缸盖表面的深度。 使用仪表块 (3) 将千分表 (1) 归零。
- 定位仪表体 (2) 和千分表 (1) 以测量气门深度。 在拆卸气门弹簧之前测量进气门和排气门的深度。
有关气门低于缸盖面的深度的最小值、最大值和使用磨损极限值，请参阅技术规格, "缸盖气门"。
如果气门低于缸盖面的深度超出使用极限值，使用新气门来检查气门深度。 如果气门深度仍超过维修极限，更换气门座镶圈。 如果气门深度符合维修极限值，更换气门。
