Start By:
- Remove the vibratory valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Vibratory Valve - Remove".
Note: SERVICE DATA: TOOLING (ZZ) WILL NOT BE IDENTIFIED IN PHOTOGRAPHS IN THE REMOVAL OR THE INSTALLATION. THIS TOOLING IS SHOWN IN ORDER TO ASSIST THE EXPERIENCED SERVICEMAN.
- Remove bolts (1) and remove panel (2) .

- Remove hose assemblies (3) from the piston pump.

- Attach a suitable lifting device to piston pump (5). Remove bolts (4) and remove piston pump (5) from the machine. The weight of piston pump (5) is approximately 32 kg (71 lb).

- Remove the O-ring seal from the piston pump.
