Lifting and Tying Down the Machine

NOTICE

Improper tie-downs can allow the load to shift and cause damage.

For the basic specifications of the machine, refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Specifications".


Lifting Point - In order to lift the machine, attach the lifting devices to the four lifting points.


Tie Down Point - In order to tie down the machine, attach the tie-downs to the tie down points.

Use properly rated cables and properly rated slings in order to lift the machine.

Position the crane or the lifting device in order to lift the machine in a level position.

The width of the spreader bar must be sufficient in order to prevent the lifting cables or the lifting straps from contacting the machine.
