电子控制模块（ECM）检测到以下所有情况达三十秒：
- 发动机转速介于 1275 转/分至 1800 转/分之间。
- 齿条位置介于 17 毫米 (0.67 英寸)到 25 毫米 (0.98 英寸)之间。 实际增压压力比所需增压压力高 20 千帕 (3 磅/平方英寸)。
系统响应:
ECM 会记录此事件。 燃油喷射减少 30%。 正时被延迟到上止点前四度。 除非向 ECM 重新加电，否则此事件代码会一直锁定。
