  1. 安装止推垫圈 (18) 、O 形密封圈 (17) 和套筒轴承 (16) 。

  1. 利用工具 (A) 和适当的起吊设备将摆动桥 (5) 移向机器。

  1. 将摆动桥 (5) 安装到机器上。 摆动桥的重量约为 658 kg (1450 lb)。

  1. 将螺栓 (15) 安装到耳轴上,如图所示。 将螺栓 (15) 上紧到 300 ± 40 N·m (221 ± 30 lb ft) 的扭矩。

  1. 将螺栓 (14) 安装到机器上。 将螺栓 (14) 上紧到 300 ± 40 N·m (221 ± 30 lb ft) 的扭矩。

  1. 安装垫圈 (13) 和螺栓 (12) ,以便将摆动桥固定到机器上。

  1. 连接黄油嘴 (11) 。

  1. 安装止推垫圈 (10) 和 O 形密封圈 (9) 。

  1. 将螺栓 (3) 安装到挡泥板 (4) 上。

  1. 将螺栓 (1) 安装到挡泥板 (2) 上。

  1. 对于另一侧,重复步骤12 至14。
