Installation Procedure

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contamination of the hydraulic system with foreign material will reduce the service life of the hydraulic system components. To prevent contaminants from entering the hydraulic system, always plug or cap the lines, fittings, or hoses as they are disconnected. Cover any disassembled components and clean them properly before assembly. Clean the hydraulic system properly after any major component exchange or especially after a component failure, to remove any contamination. |
- Position vibratory and steering pump (2) on the propel pump. Install bolts (1) .

- Position vibratory valve (4) on vibratory and steering pump (2). Make sure that the O-ring seal is in place between the vibratory valve and the vibratory and steering pump. Install bolts (5) .
- Connect hose assemblies (3) to vibratory and steering pump (2) .
- Fill the hydraulic tank with hydraulic oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Every 1000 Hours or 1 Year" for the procedures to fill the hydraulic tank. The capacity of the hydraulic tank is 64 L (17 US gal).
- Install the hydraulic tank filler cap.
End By: Lower the operator platform. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Operator Platform - Tilt".
