(1) Apply Loctite 7649 and then apply Loctite 263 to the threads of the bolts prior to assembly.

Torque for the six bolts ... 100 ± 15 N·m (75 ± 10 lb ft)

(2) Diameter of a new piston ... 265.70 ± 0.03 mm (10.4606 ± 0.0012 inch)

(3) Bore of a new cylinder tube ... 266.70 +0.13 -0.05 mm (10.5000 +0.0051 -0.0020 inch)

(4) Diameter of a new rod ... 139.649 ± 0.038 mm (5.4980 ± 0.0015 inch)

(5) Bore of a new cylinder head ... 139.98 ± 0.03 mm (5.511 ± 0.0012 inch)

(6) Lubricate the threads and torque the nut to ... 18000 ± 800 N·m (13280 ± 590 lb ft)

(7) ( 8) Lubricate the sealing lips with a small amount of the lubricant that is being sealed.

(9) Torque for the six bolts ... 28 ± 7 N·m (20 ± 5 lb ft)

(10) Torque for the eight bolts ... 3100 ± 350 N·m (2280 ± 260 lb ft)

(11) Apply Loctite 609 to the wiper seal groove prior to assembly. Lubricate the sealing lips with a small amount of the lubricant that is being sealed.
