Description of Change: A new rotator is used. The new rotator improves the mounting of the rotator to the yoke. The new rotator uses tapped holes in the lower link in order to accept the mounting bolts.
Adaptable To: The new 210-1506 Hydraulic Rotator replaces the former 163-3978 Hydraulic Rotator which has been cancelled. Parts for the former 163-3978 Hydraulic Rotator are still serviced. The new 210-1506 Hydraulic Rotator is effective with HH45 (S/N: CFS211-UP) Harvester Heads, HH55 (S/N: CFE117-UP) Harvester Heads, HH65 (S/N: CKJ325-UP) Harvester Heads, HH75 (S/N: CKW203-UP) Harvester Heads, HH300 (S/N: CJH1-UP) Harvester Heads, HH500 (S/N: CWH1-UP) Harvester Heads and HH700 (S/N: CRA1-UP) Harvester Heads.
Rotator Installation for the HH45, HH55, HH65 and HH75 Harvester Heads

The HH45, HH55, HH65, and HH75 Harvester Heads use six 8T-4193 Bolts (1) and six 156-5824 Washers (2) in order to mount the rotator. Apply 155-0695 Thread Lock Compound to the bolts. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 240 ± 40 N·m (177 ± 30 lb ft).
The new rotator is not equipped with the 223-1474 Hose Guard. The guard for the hoses must be reused or a new guard must be ordered.
Rotator Installation for the HH300, HH500, and HH700 Harvester Heads

The HH300, HH500, and HH700 Harvester Heads use six bolts (3) and six 156-5824 Washers (4) in order to mount the rotator. See Table 1 in order to determine which bolts are used on each Harvester Head. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 270 ± 40 N·m (200 ± 30 lb ft).
