Installation Procedure

- Install Tooling (D) and a suitable lifting device to the engine, as shown. The weight of the engine is approximately 795 kg (1750 lb). Use the suitable lifting device to carefully position the engine in the machine.

- Install bolts (49) .

- Install support assembly (55) and bolts (56). Install bolts (57) and (58), the washers, and the spacers from the right side of the machine. Install bolt (54) .

- Install support assembly (52) and bolts (50). Install bolts (53) and (51), the washers, and the spacers from the left side of the machine.

- Remove Tooling (D) from the machine.
- Remove Tooling (B) and Tooling (C) from the machine.

- Connect harness assemblies (46) and (47) .

- Position air conditioning compressor (44) and install bolts (42) and (45). Connect harness assembly (43) .

- Install bolts (40) and (41) .

- Connect hose assemblies (35) and (37). Connect hose (36). Install bolts (38) and (39) .

- Turn shut off valves (33) and (34) to the ON position.

- Install fan guard (32) and bolts (31) .

- Install fan guard (29) and bolts (28). Install bolt (30) .

- Install oil filter (25). Position drip pan (27) and install bolts (26) .

- Connect hose assemblies (20) and (21). Install bolt (22) .

- Install bolt (15). Connect hoses (16) and (17). Install hose (18) .

- Connect cable assemblies (13) and (14) .

- Position pipe (6) and coupling (11). Install shield (9), straps (7) and (10), and bolts (8). Install clamps (12) and (5) .

- Position tubes (2) and (3). Position clamps (4) and tighten clamps (4) .

- Connect tube assembly (1) .
- Use Tooling (A) in order to position bottom guard (24). Install bolts (23) .

End By:
- Install the air cleaner. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Cleaner - Remove and Install".
- Install the radiator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator Group - Install".
