1. Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to the radiator group. The weight of the radiator group is approximately 95 kg (210 lb). Use the suitable lifting device to position the radiator group in the machine.

2. Install bolts (13) in both sides of the radiator group.

3. Connect hose (11) and fitting (12) .

4. Remove Tooling (A) and install brackets (10) .

5. Install bolts (9) .

6. Install bolts (7) .

7. Connect hose (8) .

9. Position frame assembly (4). Install bolts (5) .

10. Install bolts (3) to the other side of frame assembly (4) .

11. Install grill assemblies (1) and (2) .

12. Fill the hydraulic oil system. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for the machine that is being serviced.

13. Fill the coolant system. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for the machine that is being being serviced.

End By:

1. Install the side panels and the side doors. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood Side Panels and Side Doors - Install".
2. Install the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Install".
