Correct Installation Of New Valve Springs

Usage:

All 3208 Naturally Aspirated Engines

Reference: In the Engine News, April 27, 1983, the article "Improved Valve Spring Available" tells about the use of new valve springs, retainers, valve spring washers and fuel nozzle clamp assemblies.

There have been reports that some of the former spacers and washers have been used with the new springs. The only former parts that can be reused with the new springs are the locks. Use of any of the other former parts with the new springs can cause damage to the engine.
