Cat® Electronics is moving to an online form in which to submit an Electronic Control Module (ECM) for wash. This online form will replace the paper form that is being used today.
The following are dealer benefits:
- The ECM Wash Out - Process is more accessible and quicker for dealers.
- Better traceability, as your ECM goes through the process you will receive email updates
- Less information to enter, most of the form is now auto fill based on your CWS login or selected using drop-down boxes.
- A history of ECMs that you have sent in for wash is now accessible at anytime.
- Go to dealer.cat.com.
- Select "ECM Wash: Request Online" under the Quick Links.
