Start By:

  1. Remove the turbocharger.


NOTICE

Keep all parts clean from contaminants.

Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

  1. Position the turbocharger on Tooling (A). Place alignment marks on compressor housing (1), turbocharger cartridge (7), and turbine housing (6).

  2. Remove bolts (2) and clamps (3). Separate compressor housing (1) from turbocharger cartridge (7).

  3. Remove bolts (4) and clamps (5). Separate turbocharger cartridge (7) from turbine housing (6).
