- Remove the turbocharger.

- Position the turbocharger on Tooling (A). Place alignment marks on compressor housing (1), turbocharger cartridge (7), and turbine housing (6).
- Remove bolts (2) and clamps (3). Separate compressor housing (1) from turbocharger cartridge (7).
- Remove bolts (4) and clamps (5). Separate turbocharger cartridge (7) from turbine housing (6).
