在螺栓 (1) 的螺纹上涂抹 5P-3931 防粘结剂 。
(2) 涡轮增压器 排气
- 拧紧夹紧螺栓。
扭矩 ... 9.5 ± 1.0 N·m (84 ± 9 lb in)
- 用软面锤轻轻敲打夹紧螺栓周围。
- 再次拧紧夹紧螺栓。
扭矩 ... 9.5 ± 1.0 N·m (84 ± 9 lb in)
(3) 压缩机壳体的夹紧螺栓和 (4) 涡轮机壳体的夹紧螺栓。
- 拧紧夹紧螺栓。
扭矩 ... 14.0 ± 1.5 N·m (10 ± 1 lb ft)
- 用软面锤轻轻敲打螺栓周围。
- 再次拧紧螺栓。
扭矩 ... 14.0 ± 1.5 N·m (10 ± 1 lb ft)
