(1) Lubricate the threads and torque the nut. ... 1100 ± 110 N·m (810 ± 80 lb ft)
(2) Bore in new head ... 101.93 ± 0.03 mm (4.013 ± 0.001 inch)
(3) Diameter of new rod ... 101.549 ± 0.038 mm (3.9980 ± 0.0015 inch)
(4) Diameter of new piston ... 164.10 ± 0.13 mm (6.461 ± 0.005 inch)
(5) Bore in new cylinder ... 165.15 ± 0.1 mm (6.502 ± 0.004 inch)
(6) Lubricate the lip of the seals with the lubricant that is being sealed.
(7) Apply 4C-4032 Bearing Mount Compound to the wiper seal groove prior to assembly.
