A new moisture resistant relay is now used. Three new seals are now used in order to provide a better seal for the 143-5933 Instrument Panel Gp, the 143-5921 Instrument Panel Gp and the 178-6413 Instrument Panel Gp. The seals will help to keep the moisture out of the area of the relays and the area of the fuse panel.

- Remove the four torx screws. The screws hold the panel to the side console of the operator.

- Install the 206-5109 Seal over the panel. Install the adhesive side downward.

- Remove the panel. Remove four bolts that hold the console.

- Lift the console. Install the 206-5108 Seal with the adhesive side downward. Install the console. Install the panel.

- Remove the cover for the fuse and the relay. Install the new 158-5089 Relay As. Install the new 107-6013 Seal. Install the access cover.
Note: On earlier machines, the top corners of the console may not be welded. Use a silicone type sealant to fill the gaps.
The new relays and the new panel seals are effective with the following machines. CS-531D (S/N: AGH206-UP; 4MZ331-UP), CP-533D (S/N: AFC308-UP; 6AZ309-UP), CS-533D (S/N: AET340-UP; 5CZ370-UP), CS-563D (S/N: 1SZ379-UP; 9MW919-UP), CS-563D (S/N: 2RZ526-UP), CP-563D (S/N: 9ZW555-UP; 5LZ378-UP), CS-573D (S/N: CMK198-UP; 2YZ785-UP), CS-583D (S/N: 2CZ181-UP; 3GZ482-UP), CS-663E (S/N: AEF336-UP), CP-663E (S/N: AFL309-UP) and CS-683E (S/N: AGR323-UP)
The new relays and the new panel seals are adaptable to the following machines.
