Front Idler and Track Adjuster - Remove
Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Separate the track. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track - Separate".
- Use a suitable lifting device to support the front idler and the track adjuster. The weight of the front idler and track adjuster is 388 kg (855 lb).

- Slide the front idler and track adjuster (1) out of the undercarriage frame.
- Remove four bolts (3) and washers in order to separate track adjuster (4) and front idler (2) .

- Repeat Steps 1 through 3 for the front idler and the track adjuster on the other side.
