Front Idler and Track Adjuster - Install
Installation Procedure
- Place front idler (2) and track adjuster (4) into position.

- Install washers and four bolts (3) to the front idler (2) and track adjuster (4) .
- Attach a hoist and a suitable lifting device to the front idler and the track adjuster. The weight of the front idler and track adjuster is 388 kg (855 lb). Position the front idler and the track adjuster on the machine.

- Slide the front idler and track adjuster (1) into the undercarriage frame.
- Repeat Steps 1 through 4 for the front idler and the track adjuster on the other side.
End By: Connect the track. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track - Connect".
