Submode 6.10 (Transmission Calibration)
This mode allows the service person to perform the transmission calibration. When this mode is entered, the service person is intending to start the transmission calibration. When the service person holds down the "C" switch input for 2.0 seconds the ECM will start the calibration. The characters "tc" will flash on the display before the calibration begins.
If the conditions are not correct or the calibration results in an error, one or more of the following codes are shown on the display.
- "E01" "Active Diagnostic"
- "E04" "Shift Lever Not In Neutral"
- "E05" "Engine Speed Incorrect"
- "E07" "Service Brake Engaged"
- "E08" "Park Brake Not Engaged"
- "E10" "Transmission Output Speed Too High"
- "E11" "Transmission Oil Temperature Below Limit"
- "E12" "Transmission Oil Temperature Above Limit"
- "E13" "Latching Pressure Low"
- "E14" "Calibration Failure"
- "E15" "Calibration Aborted By ECM"
- "E16" "Calibration Out Of Range Low"
- "E17" "Calibration Out Of Range High"
- "E99" "Undefined Error"
Note: Some software versions do not support the submode for the transmission calibration. If the machine is loaded with a version of software that does not support the transmission calibration, ET must be used in order to perform the calibration.
