Cab Tilting

Usage:

  1. Remove bolt (2) and pin (3) from ballast (1). With a lifting device, carefully lower ballast (1) to rest on a wood block.

  1. Attach lifting chains (4) and a hoist to the top of the cab assembly.

  1. Remove the bolt and nut (5) and remove the bolts and nuts (6) from each side that holds the cab to the frame.

  1. Disconnect cable (7) from the governor. Loosen jam nut (8). Remove the cable from bracket (9) .

  1. Use a hoist in order to raise the cab. Raise the cab until the two holes are aligned. Install one bolt (10) and wood block (11) on each side of the cab.

Note: In order to lower the cab, reverse the procedure for tilting the cab.
