Crown Control

Note: The screed does not require a leading edge crown.
The crown control adjusts the screed in order to produce the contour that is desired of the finished pavement. To increase the crown, turn the control in the clockwise direction. To decrease the crown, turn the crown control in the counterclockwise direction. Engage the crown control lock. This will keep the setting from changing while you pave.
Power Control (if equipped)

A power control is available. The power control is located in the right screed control box. Move the switch upward in order to increase the crown. Move the switch downward in order to decrease the crown.
