Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".

1. Remove three bolts (1) and the washers.

2. Place a suitable cart under guard assembly (3), as shown.

3. Remove three bolts (2) and the washers. Lower guard assembly (3).

4. Remove bolt (4) and the washer. Remove the guard assembly.

5. Remove two bolts (5) and the washers.

6. Place a suitable cart under power train filter guard (8), as shown.

7. Remove bolt (7) and the washer. Remove two bolts (6) and the washers.

8. Carefully lower power train filter guard (8). The weight of the power train filter guard is 62 kg (135 lb).

1. Use a suitable cart to install power train filter guard (8), as shown. The weight of the power train filter guard is 62 kg (135 lb).

2. Install bolt (7) and the washer. Install two bolts (6) and the washers.
