Installation Procedure

1. Install bracket (9) to piston pump (2). Install bolt (7) and the washer. The torque for bolt (7) is 55 ± 10 N·m (40 ± 7 lb ft).

2. Install piston pump (2). The weight of the piston pump is 10 kg (22 lb).

3. Install the washers and install bolts (7) and (8) in order to secure the bracket (9). The torque for bolts (7), and (8) is 55 ± 10 N·m (40 ± 7 lb ft).

4. Connect hoses (5) and (6) to the piston pump (2) .

5. Connect hose (3) from the pressure and flow compensator valve.

6. Connect hoses (1) and (4) to piston pump (2) .

7. Close the right side access door.

End By: Disconnect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect" for the machine that is being serviced.
