Assembly Procedure

- Install hitch cylinder (7) into quick coupler (4) .

- Install pin (13) and align the hole in the rod of hitch cylinder (7) with the holes in pin (13). Slide hitch cylinder (7) into position.

- Use a suitable punch to install dowel (14). Make sure that dowel (14) does not protrude on either side.

- Install pin (11) and align the hole in the rod of hitch cylinder (7) with the holes in pin (11). Slide hitch cylinder (7) into position.

- Use a suitable punch to install dowel (12). Make sure that dowel (12) does not protrude on either side.

- Rotate hitch cylinder (7) into position in order to install retaining plate (10), two bolts (8), and two washers (9) .

- Connect two hoses (6) to hitch cylinder (7) and tighten two retaining nuts (5) .

- Position cover plate (3) on quick coupler (4) and install six bolts (1) with six washers (2) .

- Carefully raise the boom and remove tool (A) .
