Machine Operation Information

Usage:

RM-250C AWG
You should be sure that no person is working on the machine or that no person is near the machine when you operate the machine. Maintain control of the machine at all times.

You should reduce the speed of the engine when you are operating the machine in a tight area.

  1. Move the propel lever (2) to the STOP position.

  1. Raise the rotor so that the rotor and the hood will clear any obstructions.

  1. Move throttle lever (3) for the engine to the RUN position. This position should be maximum RPM.

  1. Sound the horn (1) for several seconds in order to alert personnel.

  1. Disengage the parking brake.

  1. Move the propel lever (2) to the proper direction and to the proper speed for travel.

  1. You should use the propel lever (2) in order to reduce overspeed of the engine when the machine is moving down a hill.

  1. Operate the machine in a FORWARD direction in order to get maximum visibility.

------ WARNING! ------

Personal injury could result from the sudden stop of the machine. The parking brake is automatically engaged when brake oil pressure drops below an adequate operating pressure.
