The display module is mounted in the operator station. The display module provides audible signals and the display module provides visual signals in order to alert the operator. The display module has ten indicators on the left side.
Illustration 2 | g00710047 |
Indicators (1), (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6) are green when the indicators are illuminated. These indicators indicate that the machine has longitudinal stability.
Indicators (7) and (8) are amber when the indicators are illuminated. These indicators indicate that the machine has longitudinal stability but that the machine is close to maximum capacity. An audible alarm will sound intermittently when these indicators are illuminated. If these indicators illuminate, or if the audible alarm sounds intermittently, extra caution is needed.
Indicators (9) and (10) are red when the indicators are illuminated. These indicators indicate that the machine does not have longitudinal stability. The audible alarm will sound continuously when these indicators are illuminated. If these indicators illuminate, or if the audible alarm sounds continuously, the boom must be retracted in order to give the machine longitudinal stability.
Switch (11) is used to test the indicators and the audible alarm.
Switch (12) is used to reset the display module on machines that have stabilizers. When indicator (13) is illuminated the display module provides indications that are correct for operating the machine when the stabilizers are raised. When indicator (14) is illuminated the display module provides indications that are correct for operating the machine when the stabilizers are lowered.

The display module has three switches on the right side. These switches are used for calibration of the system and these switches must not be operated during normal operation of the machine.
Illustration 4 | g00747745 |
The display module has six switches that are located on the rear. These switches are used to set the display module before the display module is installed onto the machine. The same display module is used on all machine models. The correct switch must be set according to the machine model. One switch is used to derate the system when the machine is operating in certain countries.
The switches that are selected must never be altered unless the circumstances that are listed below occur.
- The display module is moved to another machine model.
- The machine has been moved to a different country and the system must be derated.
