Backup Alarm - Test
The backup alarm is on the rear of the machine.
Turn the engine start switch to the ON position in order to perform the test.
Engage the service brakes. Move the transmission control lever to the R position.
The backup alarm should start to sound immediately. The backup alarm will continue to sound until the transmission control lever is moved from the R position.
To adjust the volume, turn the three-position switch on the back of the backup alarm. The volume is set at the highest level before the machine is shipped from the factory. Reduce the volume of the backup alarm if a particular job site requires a lower sound level.
