接触制冷剂会使人受伤。 无论发动机是否运转，系统始终处于压力作用下。 不得对充入系统加热。 接触制冷剂会造成冻伤。 让手、脸避开，有助于防止受伤。 当制冷管路被打开时，即使压力计显示系统中已经没有制冷剂，也要始终戴着护目镜。 拆卸接头时，务必小心谨慎。 慢慢地拧松接头。 如果系统内仍有压力，应将其在通风良好的地方缓慢释放。 通过燃着的香烟吸入制冷剂会使人受伤或死亡。 通过燃着的香烟或其他抽烟方法吸入空调制冷剂气体，或者吸入空调制冷剂气体接触明火而形成的烟雾，都会造成对人体的伤害或死亡。 维修空调时，或者，在任何可能存在制冷剂气体的地方都不要抽烟。 进行空调和加热系统检查前，将机器移至水平路面上。 将所有机具降至地面。 确保变速箱处于空档或停车位置，并且停车制动器接合。 保持其他所有人员远离机器或能够看到他们的地方。 |

- 将盖和塞安装在全部孔口上，以免污垢或碎屑进入系统。 清洁度是一项重要的因素。 拆卸步骤开始之前，应彻底清洁部件外部。 这将防止脏污进入内部机构。
- 将两条软管组件 (1) 和 (4) 从贮液器 (3) 上断开。 松开两个软管卡箍 (2) 后拆下贮液器 (3) 。

- 将贮液器 (3) 中的机油放入适当的容器中。 记录贮液器 (3) 中放出的油量。
安装步骤
- 利用制冷剂油润滑所有 O 形密封圈。
- 在拆卸程序（步骤 5）中所记录机油量的基础上增加 30 mL（1 fl oz）干净的机油。
注: 不要继续使用贮液器 (3) 中放出的机油。
- 将贮液器 (3) 安装到软管卡箍 (2) 内。 上紧两个软管卡箍 (2) 。 将两条软管组件 (1) 和 (4) 连接到贮液器 (3) 上。
