(1) Chassis Control Module (CCM). (2) Coolant Level Sensor. (3) Air Filter Vacuum Switch.

This fault code signals a low coolant level alarm. This fault code appears when the engine coolant level falls below specified levels.

  1. Check the engine coolant level.

Expected Result: The engine coolant level is full.

    • YES, go to Step 2.

    • NO, refer to the Operation And Maintenance Manual in order to check system for leaks and refilling procedures. Check active fault codes. If the fault code is no longer active, repair is complete. If the fault code is still active, go to Step 2.

  1. Inspect the rear main harness, the front main harness and the connectors ("C002", "C008" and "C102"). Check for damage to the connectors. If necessary, repair connectors or replace connectors. Check active fault codes.

Expected Result: The fault code is active.

    • YES, go to Step 3.

    • NO, repair is complete.

  1. Disconnect connector "C102". Check the engine coolant level sensor for an open circuit. Check between "C102-A" and "C102-B" on the sensor.

Expected Result: There is an open in the circuit.

    • YES, replace the engine coolant level sensor with a new sensor. Check fault codes. If the fault code is no longer active, repair is complete. If the fault code is still active, go to Step 4.

    • NO, go to Step 4.

  1. Disconnect connectors "C002" and "C102". Check for an open circuit between "C102-A" and "C002-27".

Expected Result: There is an open in the circuit.

    • YES, go to Step 5.

    • NO, go to Step 7.

  1. Disconnect connectors "C102", "C002" and "C008". Check for an open circuit in the front main harness between "C102-A" and "C008-T".

Expected Result: There is an open in the circuit.

    • YES, locate and repair open circuit in front main harness. Check active fault codes. If the fault code is no longer active, repair is complete. If the fault code is still active, go to Step 6.

    • NO, go to Step 6.

  1. Disconnect connectors "C102", "C002" and "C008". Check for an open circuit in the rear main harness between "C002-27" and "C008-T".

Expected Result: There is an open in the circuit.

    • YES, locate and repair open circuit in rear main harness. Check the active fault codes. If the fault code is no longer active, repair is complete. If the fault code is still active, go to Step 7.

    • NO, go to Step 7.

  1. Download the latest software into all control modules.

Expected Result: The fault code is active.

    • YES, go to Step 8.

    • NO, repair is complete. Calibrate the transmission and the three-point hitch.

  1. Replace the Chassis Control Module (CCM).

Expected Result: The fault code is active.

    • YES, install the original CCM and repeat this troubleshooting procedure.

    • NO, go to Step 9.

  1. Install the original CCM.

Expected Result: The fault code is active.

    • YES, original CCM was faulty. Replace the original CCM with the new CCM. If the fault code is not active, repair is complete. Download the latest software into all modules. Calibrate the transmission and the three-point hitch.

    • NO, this fault code may have been caused by faulty connectors. Keep the original CCM on the tractor. Clean all terminals on the CCM and reconnect. If the fault code is not active, repair is complete. Download the latest software into all modules. Calibrate the transmission and the three-point hitch.
