Note: Put 4C-5592 Anti-Seize Compound on the threads of bolts (2) and the face of the washers.
(2) Torque for the 36 bolts ... 440 ± 40 N·m (325 ± 30 lb ft)
(3) Height of installation of the two pins above the bore ... 7.9 mm (0.31 inch)
(4) 9M-5874 Shim Pack thickness ... 3.30 mm (0.130 inch)
(5) Lubricate the sealing lip with a small amount of the lubricant that is being sealed.
(6) Lubricate the bore with a small amount of the lubricant that is being sealed.
(7) The mating surfaces between the gear and the differential must be free of paint.
(8) Torque for four bolts ... 1100 ± 150 N·m (811 ± 111 lb ft)
(9) Torque for the eight bolts ... 135 ± 20 N·m (100 ± 15 lb ft)
