Separation Procedure (Power Shift Transmission)

Start By:
- Remove the transmission and bevel gears.
- The weight of the transmission and bevel gears is 900 kg (1985 lb). Install Tooling (A) to the bevel gear and attach a hoist. Put the transmission and bevel gears in position on Tooling (B) .

- Remove the four bolts that hold the transfer and bevel gears (1) to transmission (2) .
- The weight of the transfer and bevel gears is 432 kg (950 lb). Separate the transfer and bevel gears from the transmission.
