- Position Tool (A) under the boom frame bracing. Lower the boom onto Tool (A) .

- Discharge the brake accumulator.
- Remove bolts (1) and the washers that hold winch control metering pump (2) to the winch brake housing.
Note: It may be necessary to use 3/8 in - 16 NC forcing screws to separate the winch control metering pump from the winch brake housing.

- Remove the winch control metering pump.
