Hydraulic Oil Cooler - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
- Release the hydraulic system pressure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "System Pressure - Release".
Note: Put identification marks on the hose assemblies for installation purposes. Plug the hose assemblies. This will help to prevent fluid loss and this will help to keep contaminants from entering the system.
- Open the engine hood.
Note: The hydraulic oil cooler is mounted on the radiator assembly inside the hood.
- Disconnect hydraulic hose assemblies (1) and (2) from the hydraulic oil cooler.

- Remove bolts (3) .

- Remove bolts (5). Remove hydraulic oil cooler (4) .

Installation Procedure
- Install hydraulic oil cooler (4) and bolts (5) .

- Install bolts (3) .

- Connect hydraulic hose assemblies (1) and (2) to the hydraulic oil cooler.

- Close the engine hood.
- Fill the hydraulic tank to the proper level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7018, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct procedure.
End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
