Boom Sheave Block (Lower) - Remove

Usage:

583R 2XS

Removal Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the boom line. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7109, "Boom Line - Remove".

  1. Attach a hoist and a suitable lifting device to boom sheave block (1), as shown.

  1. Remove cotter pin (4) from pin (3) .

  1. Remove washer (2) from the pin.

  1. Remove the pin.

  1. Remove the boom sheave block. Weight of the boom sheave block is 124 kg (275 lb).
